What we're looking for
- Professionals, graduate students, or community leaders with relevant experience
- 2-3 hours per month commitment
- Enthusiasm for supporting youth leadership
- Willingness to participate in mentor training (2 hours, virtual)
What mentors do
- Monthly 1:1 video calls with your mentee
- Provide feedback on projects, pitch decks, or plans
- Share connections and resources when appropriate
- Attend quarterly mentor community sessions
